Similarly, you may also feel that the actual product is not similar to the one shown on the site. In these cases you have the option of returning the commodity and claim a refund. The following are the conditions required to be fulfilled if you want your product returned.

  • The tenure of return is applicable to 15-20 days since the receipt of the product. Beyond that it cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Do not tear the tags off the product. In no case should the product tags be torn off.
  • The product should not have been washed, used or in a damaged condition.
  • The product should be returned inside the original packing.

Then there is the refund policy. You can either opt for the reverse pick up option or you can send the article back to our office through a courier. We do offer reverse pick up but that takes more than a couple of days. If you want the return to be an immediate one, or within the next fifteen days, then you can courier us your product and we will pay you the courier charge. You can send in the scanned copy of the receipt of the courier charge but remember we do not consider charges that exceed our standard rate of Rs.160/kg.

Be very sure about what you are returning. If you return a product that does not belong to Shoppingoye.com then we will not be responsible for your misplaced good. When returned through the reverse pickup process, never fail to collect the reverse pickup slip. It is only when the customer have successfully submitted the code on the reverse pickup slip, that the refund to that particular customer will be made. On failure of submission of that slip, mo further refund or query will be entertained.

The customer should pay special attention to all the return and refund policies before the purchase. Acceptance of these policies will ensure the consent of the buyer to the policies.
